I suggest Barea spp.(a concealer moth) maybe a dark form of B. codrella (-this species has been recorded in the ACT and its hosts include Cherry Ballart). if so, ideally there would be two white spots visible midway on each forewing, not only one as in this case; but I suspect this may be because one forewing is wrapped right around the moth's body, obscuring the other white spot on the hidden wing! Other markings on the part obscured wing also seem to be consistent with B. codrella.

Yes, a dark Barea codrella. Only one white spot is readily visible midway on the fw of most codrella specimens.
