Hi WE
if you come across horehound and there are only a couple of them, would you mind to pull them out? pulling is quite easy after rain when the soil is soft. Just leave them on the ground; at this stage they already lost their seeds. Horehound is a perennial plant; treatment is either by spraying or handweeding. We handweeded large patches infested with horehound over the past years see for instance photos of the Majura Paddock Flickr group here: https://www.flickr.com/groups/1872472@N25/pool/ - the first 2 photos in that Flickr group show Before and After of a site in that paddock
Jochen is handweeding a large patch at a sheep camp up on the ridge north of Hancock road, just uphill where you went last Sunday. These are longterm projects....

Will do, Waltraud. I actually saw Jochen on Sunday, hard at work at the sheep camp :)
