This photo appears to be A. cultriformis. The reasons are: the size of the phyllode in relation to the stem is large; the phyllode is glaucous; there appears to be only one main vein; there is a small hooked mucro on the top of the phylode
I will try to get some better photos but I think it is A, pravissima. The mucro is common to both A. pravissima and A. cultiformis and the second vein is not always obvious on A. pravissima. I aso look at the angle between the phyllode and the stem. Do these species hybridise? I know A. cultriformis is somewhat variable in phyllode shape.
Mike, they do hybridise but not commonly. I have only seen 2 plants where I suspected hybridisation. Did you use flash when taking the photo, as this sometimes affects the colouration of the phyllodes. I want to sort this out as pravissima, cultriformis and vestita appear to cause some confusion in photographs. i will call in and see the tree in the near future.
Photo added to show the two veins. Now I remember why I photographed this plant - there is an A. cultriformis about 5 metres away ( see Nearby sightings). They are quite different when you see them together.
