If the photo was taken in September 2016 it is very likely a New Holland Honeyeater fledgling. There were a number of such fledglings around the Jerra woodland site. The hybrid fledglings from the confirmed mixed pairing in the reedbed near the bridge did not emerge until November 2016 (so far as is known).
