Great sighting Patrick. All Unidentified sightings have their locations fully protected until they have been formally confirmed. And then once confirmed, if the species is classified as Sensitive, then it will still be protected from then on etc..
The shape, fine warts, and adherent flower style on the seed case are diagnostic. See: https://www.rbg.vic.gov.au/documents/Muelleria_15,_p69-74,_Scarlett,_Lepidium_ginninderrense.pdf
It is part of the known North Mitchell population. I have been in the area again with our new R3 to show him the plants and have some more photographs that are apparently a short distance away from known sightings on our (PCS) threatened species data, which I believe we obtain from Canberra Nature Map (please correct me if I am wrong on this). I will upload these when I get an opportunity, but I think they are part of the same population. I have looked at the map and understand why you were asking that question! My camera clearly doesn't do good things with the GPS in my phone.
Thanks Patrick - Yes the Parks GIS information layer does get updated with records from Canberra Nature Map, and I was a little excited thinking that you may have found a new group of plants.
