I agree that it is probably either Hylaeus amiculiformis or Hylaeus amiculinus. If the collar is uniformly yellow, without a break in the middle, it is the latter species, which is more likely based on the known distributions.

I just found I had a specimen after all and the collar is full, so it is Hylaeus amiculinus.
