Size - body length 9mm; 100's of small white moth like insect in a nuptial flight near the water at Murrumbidgee River, north of Point Hut Crossing.

Family Hydropsychidae, genus Asmicridea. Impossible to tell species from photograph. Often called 'Shannon Moths'.

Very probably since that seems to be the Asmicridea species that occurs here in the ACT.
