perhaps Pink Fingers? there only two records of Pink Fingers, Caladenia carnea on Mt Majura, both in the same area, see http://canberranaturemap.org/Community/Sightings/Details/1947609 and http://canberranaturemap.org/Community/Sightings/Details/1961033. The latter was id-ed at a rare plant survey in October 2015; unfortunately the photo is not good. Reg identification I learned from our orchid expert Tony Wood that the id of orchids could be tricky and the best is to take a frontal photograph of a flower that shows the central parts labellum and column for identification. The pink fingers have pink to red bars on their labellum which seem to be just visible on your photograph :)

I looked up the CNM picture gallery of C. ustulata (http://canberranaturemap.org/Community/Species/160); I couldn't see one with pink colouration of the lateral petals. Let's see what Tony thinks ...

Peter, I found and registered 2 more pink fingers yesterday; brown caps haven't been recorded on Mt Majura (so far).

Waltraud, C. ustulata is usually whitish with brownish tips to the petals and sepals, with 1-3 flowers. The main distinguishing feature is the stalked calli on the labellum side lobes.
