Nice find. Bear in mind that the Dainty Swallowtail pupa can look similar, and they both like garden citrus!

P. aegeus confirmed. Useful to have host plant for pupae and caterpillars. Very dark appearance: could be parasitised or the colour of the winter generation

Thanks guys, I will go back at lunch time and do a proper count and see how many of them I can find within the surrounding trees.
