I suspect this is a species of Austropaxillus if the rusty yellow colouring developing on the gill are maturing spores, its the longer thinner stipe on this sighting that may make it different to the other suggestions I've made for this genus. If the spore colour is not as suggested and more whitish then Hygrophoropsis is another possibility.
