Author's notes

Something has been eating my first colony of A. atrovespa!!! Arfgh!!! Damnit, out of 5-6 flowers in this cluster, they are now ALL virtually munched off completely or damaged. Something hungry lives nearby.

Without knowing exactly which colony this is, there used to be a very large colony just above the southern dam on the Caswell side which has been predated by rabbits in recent years.
