Looking at the line drawings in the "Field Guide to Orchids of the ACT", the petal/sepal shape and venation seems to match that of brevifolia.The petals/sepals were also slightly curved. Furthermore, the anther cap (the yellow bit) more closely resembles the shape of internet images of brevifolia than it does those of pauciflora.
I've gone with T. brevifolia mainly on the basis of the dark brown apex to the column. A view of the leaf would help which is quite broad in T. brevifolia, and also need a good view of the column arms.
