Leptospermum parvifolium is a coastal species occuring north from Jervis Bay. Theis is more likely to be Leptospermum continentale. The photo is not good enough to show whether the leaves have sharp points.

Gavin if you could get a close-up of the leaves and woody fruit on this tea-tree that would be great, thanks.
