Paropsisterna semivittata (Eucalyptus leaf beetle)

This beetle is superficially similar to the more common Paropsisterna nigerrima but there are three clear differences:

It has very fine puncturations as does paropsisterna morio.   

The red stripes are abbreviated and 

The lateral elytral margin is black instead of red.
