Author's notes

Split off from H. tripartita (Henwood, Telopea 17, 2014), this species is confined to wet areas at high elevation. Most specimens are from the alps and Brindabellas, but I see it in the escarpment swamps occasionally, where it grows in pools with the leaves usually floating on the water surface. It is fairly common at Packers Swamp.
